Do I need a credit card to start? +

What counts as a "display screen"? +
Each screen is a unique menu URL that you play on a TV. One screen = one URL = one TV. You can show the same URL on multiple physical TVs for free — the limit is on how many different menus you can configure.
Can I change plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade instantly whenever you're ready. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
What happens to my screens if I cancel? +
Your TV displays keep showing the last saved menu — we never kill a screen mid-shift. If you want to make new edits, you'll need an active plan. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations? +

What POS systems can I import from? +
Any POS that exports a CSV file works — Shopify, Square, Lightspeed, Clover, and many others. We auto-detect the format and map your columns. You can also type products in manually or paste a spreadsheet directly.
